Creating Spaces Using Local Materials

Jozu Works, Toyono Town, Osaka

At MUJI room LIBER HOTEL, we are creating spaces inspired by the concept of "co-creating new lifestyles," where we integrate the charm of the local community. As part of this, we have collaborated with Jozu Works from Toyono Town, Osaka Prefecture, known for its expertise in woodworking and metalworking, to create furniture and artworks. These pieces, made from local materials, combine the craftsmanship of local artisans with MUJI's design philosophy, creating a special space that allows visitors to experience the richness of the area.
